The TesCar CF3 S Plus is a compact self-erecting micropile-rig engineered for confined jobsites where space and access present significant challenges. This lightweight yet powerful rig, weighing just 21,000 kg, combines innovative self-erection technology with proven drilling versatility to deliver superior performance in urban construction environments. Designed for both kelly bar bored piling and Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) operations, the TesCar CF3 S Plus offers contractors a flexible solution for micropile installations, soft-ground anchoring, and foundation work in restricted-access locations where traditional equipment cannot operate effectively. The TesCar CF3 S Plus specifications feature a robust 100 kW Deutz engine producing 60 kNm rotary torque with a maximum operating speed of 60 rpm. The extended 12,400 mm mast stroke enables kelly bar drilling to 1,200 mm diameter and 17.7-meter depths, while CFA capabilities extend to 600 mm auger diameters at 12-meter depths. Extraction force reaches 185 kN with 120 kN crowd capacity, delivering the power required for efficient pile extraction and installation. The variable-gauge telescopic undercarriage adjusts from 2,200 to 2,880 mm with minimal ground pressure of 55 kPa, protecting sensitive surfaces and facilitating rapid site mobility. The compact design of the TesCar CF3 S Plus micropile-rig incorporates a 360-degree rotating mast within a tight 2,050 mm tail swing radius, making it ideal for congested urban sites with low headroom restrictions. Rapid self-erection eliminates the need for external crane support, reducing setup time and site logistics costs while maintaining professional drilling precision for mission-critical foundation projects.
