Mounted on a specialist Eurocomach ESP100 UR4 track carrier, this 13-ton compact rig delivers the performance and adaptability needed for both standard-access and severely constrained work environments. The TesCar CF4 specifications highlight a sophisticated multi-mode design that excels in restricted-access foundations where traditional equipment cannot operate effectively. Powered by a Yanmar 4TNV98CT Stage V engine producing 53.7 kW of output, the TesCar CF4 drilling-rig system combines robust drilling capabilities with intelligent crowd control. The rotary head generates 45 kNm of torque with variable speed regulation (5–60 rpm), supported by a dual crowd mechanism—an 80 kN ram with 1,500 mm stroke and a motorized chain system delivering 5,000–7,000 mm travel. Complementary 52 kN primary and 20 kN auxiliary hoisting winches provide the lifting capacity required for complex bored pile operations reaching depths to 30 meters and diameters up to 2,000 mm.
