By accessing and using TerraForce, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this platform.

2. Description of Service

TerraForce is a B2B marketplace for deep foundation and piling equipment. We provide a platform for buyers and sellers to connect, list equipment, post tenders, and offer services. TerraForce acts as an intermediary and does not take ownership of any equipment listed.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must:

• Register for an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts

4. Listing Equipment

When listing equipment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the equipment
• Have the legal right to sell or rent the equipment
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Not list prohibited or illegal items
• Keep listings up to date and remove sold items promptly

5. Transactions

TerraForce facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All negotiations, contracts, payments, and delivery arrangements are made directly between parties. TerraForce is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed equipment.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Harvest or collect user data without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Fees

Creating an account and basic listings are free. Premium features, highlighted listings, and additional services may incur fees. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TerraForce, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TerraForce or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. User-submitted content remains the property of the user, but you grant TerraForce a license to display and distribute it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TerraForce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Databruk og AI

TerraForce-data kan brukes på følgende måter:

• Søkemotorer: indeksering og visning i søkeresultater
• AI-assistenter: sitering med referanse til TerraForce.net
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): bruk i svar med referanse

Følgende er forbudt:

• Bruk av data til trening av AI/ML-modeller
• Massenedlasting (scraping) av katalog, spesifikasjoner eller priser
• Reproduksjon av data uten å oppgi TerraForce som kilde
• Oppretting av konkurrerende databaser basert på våre data

14. Bildelisens

Ved å laste opp bilder til TerraForce, samtykker du til:

• Å gi TerraForce en ikke-eksklusiv lisens til å bruke, vise og endre (inkludert vannmerke) opplastede bilder
• Originalfiler bevares uten vannmerke for kontoeieren
• Ved kontosletting fjernes vannmerkede versjoner innen 30 dager
• Du bekrefter at du har rettigheter til å laste opp og lisensiere bildene
